By using NAP Checker ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is provided by HeyTony ("we", "us", "our").

1. Service Description

NAP Checker is a free tool that searches public business directories to check for your business listings and analyze NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency. Results are based on publicly available search data.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

Results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided. Directory data may change at any time, and our results may not reflect the most current state of your listings.

3. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding local search rankings, visibility, or business performance. Using this tool or following our recommendations does not guarantee any specific outcome.

4. Usage Limits

We reserve the right to limit usage of the Service to prevent abuse. Current limits are 3 checks per hour per IP address. We may modify these limits at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyTony shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

When you use our Service, we collect:

• Business Information: Business name, city, and state/province you submit
• Contact Information: Email address for delivering your report
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and usage patterns
• Results: Listing check results and scores

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide the listing check service
• Send your results report via email
• Send marketing communications (you can opt out)
• Improve our services
• Prevent abuse and enforce rate limits

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Check results are cached for 24 hours. Lead data is retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.

Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including:

• Serper API for search results
• Anthropic Claude for data extraction
• Resend for email delivery
• Railway for hosting

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of marketing communications
